Jamaican Cuisine Jerk Spot institution specializes in Jamaican-style jerk chicken, along with other classic dishes from the owner’s native country. Chicken can be ordered in quarters, halves or whole and is marinated in a spicy Scotch Bonnet pepper paste before being grilled fresh throughout the day. Curry goat, ox tails, steamed cabbage and red beans and rice are very popular.
